Swing rope / skipping rope with simplex hook and rotating swivel. Easy to swing.
Made of 100% polypropylene - 16 times plaited, with welded ends. Very easy to grip, durable and abrasion-resistant.
The snap hook on the swing rope is used to attach it to e.g. a fence, a tree, a eyelet or similar.
One person is enough to swing - everyone else can jump. Promotes endurance and coordination.
