In traditional Punch and Judy theatre, the Baker often plays a comedic or supporting role. He is a hand puppet who delights the audience with his kindness and craftsmanship. The Baker represents hard work and community, as he provides people with baked goods and spreads joy. This character is a popular Punch puppet and fits perfectly into the playful world of Punch and Judy theatre.

Our Baker carries a flour sack, which makes him distinctive. His role can be diverse: sometimes he helps Punch, while in other cases, he finds himself caught up in an adventure. In many plays, he interacts humorously and charmingly with the audience, often showing off his freshly baked bread or pretzels.

As a puppet character, the Baker symbolizes the importance of hard work and collaboration in daily life.

The Punch and Judy puppets from the Kersa Classic series are exceptionally lightweight and well-suited for the hands of both children and adults.
